Subscription Plans
Soldie offers three pricing tiers:
Starter - $49/month
1,000 contacts, 5,000 emails/month, basic features
Pro - $149/month
10,000 contacts, 25,000 emails/month, advanced AI, priority support
Enterprise - Custom
Unlimited contacts, custom volume, dedicated account manager, SLA
Billing
- • Monthly: Billed on the same day each month
- • Annual: Billed yearly, 20% discount applied
- • Payment Methods: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe
- • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- • Failed Payments: 3 retry attempts over 7 days, then account paused
Upgrades & Downgrades
Upgrades:
- • Take effect immediately
- • Prorated credit applied to next bill
- • New limits active within 5 minutes
Downgrades:
- • Take effect at next billing cycle
- • No prorated refunds for current period
- • Data exceeding new limits retained but read-only
Refund Policy
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New customers can request a full refund within 30 days of their first payment. Contact support@soldie.io with your account email.
After 30 days: Refunds evaluated case-by-case. We're reasonable but cannot refund for unused months or changed minds.
Cancellation
- • Cancel anytime from Account Settings → Billing
- • Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period
- • Access continues until billing period ends
- • Data retained for 90 days after cancellation (exportable)
- • No partial refunds for unused time
Enterprise Plans
Custom pricing for teams with specific needs:
- • Pricing: Annual contracts starting at $10,000/year
- • Payment Terms: Net 30 invoice available
- • Minimum: 12-month commitment
- • Included: Dedicated support, custom integrations, SLA, training
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days email notice. Changes do not affect existing subscriptions until renewal. You may cancel before renewal if you disagree with new prices.
Taxes
Prices exclude VAT/sales tax. EU customers: VAT charged based on your location and tax ID. B2B customers with valid VAT ID are VAT-exempt (reverse charge).
